From reviews online Cajun Injector was supposed to be one of the best. But it tastes like vinegar, like a salad dressing, not at all what you would think. If the vinegar wasn't there, maybe some other flavor would come out.

zatarains.... you changed an amazing recipe. Bruce Foods had it correct. It like vinegar only now. It's awful. Please....PLEASE change it back
