I have used an Otterbox Defender case on my iPadAir for more than 6 months and it has protected it during a backpacking trip in Europe. So, when I bought an iPad for my mom I knew that it would give it the best protection and she would be more relaxed while using it.

It is exactly what it is called defender. It adds weight to the ipad air but that is a small price to pay for the overall protection you receive. I use it inside and outside and I wanted something that would last. It's nice to get what you paid for

I've purchased an otterbox for every iPhone I've owned so it wasn't even a question when I purchased my iPad. The case is awesome and I love the built in stand. It snaps in and out of the case easily. I just wish there was a strap on the back to make it easier to hold.

This is a great product it protects my iPad it fell a couple of times because of my granddaughter but never broke not one scratch. And outterbox gots your back. so if anything breaks or whatever they'll replace it free.
