This is a great source for Probiotic foods. If you buy sauerkraut and it is Pasteurized then all the bad bacteria is of course killed. So is the good bacteria like probiotics. This product come from Germany and they make great cars and Sauerkraut

So much tastier than any other kraut. Very crunchy and not overly tart . Wish cabbage was cut a little thicker, but flavor great. No longer found in my local woodmans store , so thank you walmart.

We were so glad to find this again. We used to be able to buy it locally, but then it just disappeared and we couldn't find it anywhere. Loved being able to buy it by the case!
