It came with a broken screen and scratches all over then layer bubble wrap, computer and plug inside the same rapper bubble wrap and she box didn't even hold it and they threw it into my mail container.

I purchased this laptop because the description says it was new. It arrived without a box and bubble wrapped. After opening I noticed scratches all over the entire laptop. Also the charger doesnt stay plugged in, it constantly slips out. Do not buy this laptop if you're looking for a new laptop.
