I purchased this as a Christmas gift, it did not work. Got a replacement, the keyboard connection broke first time we unhooked it! .

Bought this online for my 10 year old. Had it for all of about 12 hours. The port on the keyboard to connect it to the tablet pulled right out with the cable end. No more working keyboard. Easy return at the store though. Bought a 10 inch RCA instead. Hopefully that will do better.

its just like using an android cell phone.love it. works amazing. only down fall is the keyboard is a little sensitive. but could be bc its brand new
