It is a great work out. I had back and leg pain. It is gone. Since I am under 5 feet it's a great length. I guess a little wider would have been nice. For the price great machine

The motion of the machine gave a slight vertigo feeling on day 2 of using it. Make sure to prop the head rest into the up position and not flat. I see myself using this more than any of our other piece of work out equipment. Easy on the joints, back & neck.

Nothing like a Pilates Workout....although keep in mind if your floor is not level it will bump, mine does....so I have to continually move it over my old pine floors

Excellent quality. Smooth operation. I had the old model (outdoors) for over 15 years and recently replaced the shoulder bolsters and wheels and gave it to a friend...still works great and I expect this new one will be the same.
