I bought this Kwikset product over a year ago and it literally fell apart. Just normal usuage from my family going in and out of the house. Obviously not well made and I don't receommend it.

As the other reviews noted the inside handle falls off. I had a routine of reinstalling it about once a month, finally outside fell off too. Screws holding the handle on slide off.

The inside part broke and the entire handle came off. It is no longer functioning. I would expect more for the price and company reputation. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Easy to install though the installation directions could use more detail. Handle feel is substantial but thumb latch feels cheap by comparison. Don't know how long it will last. Satin Nickel finish is attractive. Dead bolt knob inside feels cheap but it works.
