this exercise bike does a great job. it is great for exercising arms as well as legs. we had another exercise bike prior to this one and this one is far superior. I'm 86 years old and can still handle it. I look forward to continue to use it in the future.

I bought the peddle exerciser from Wal-Mart.com to exercise on days I can't take the bike out like in the rain or In Oklahoma who knows but it is so good I use it all the time ether to worm up before a ride or cool down after its just an all around good machine.

I bough t it for my parents and they like it too much easy to install, use and carry around they use it by hand and by feet it's very important tool for seniors.

I have been having trouble walking, due to an illness I have. Using the mini pedal exerciser has contributed to more muscle power in my legs and helped in enabling me to walk and not fall. I'm hoping for even more improvement as I continue to use this mini trainer every day.
