ok for home use and starter bench .. cannot workout at gym so bench & squats @home. this is not gym quality but meets needs and will get the job done.

Great bench! For those of you complaining about the set being to far back for flat bench, it slides back & forth.... And as far as the bar hitting the weight pegs, put in the shorter ones for benching and shoulders. The longer one are for squats or curls wich should be placed behind the bench. NI...
