Bought this as a gift for my teenage son. I'm a single mom and it was easy for me to put together. The size of the seat and back seem nice - I had one before that was so skinny it was uncomfortable but this seems to be much better. He seems happy with it.

Great starter piece for at home workouts. The bar holder is kind of awkward though and requires a specific hold for bench pressing. It feels like the hands have to be too close together.

It is an excellent weight bench , it comes with 100 lbs of weights. The whole thing supports 600 lbs, but that's including the person.
