One of the best diaper rash creams out there. It contains 13% zinc oxide and can be used for protecting the rash or treating at the rash. It helps seal out wetness which can be an issue with prolong diaper wearing but with Desitin, this is never an issue.

This product works great for the bottom especially with a diaper rash. I slather it on like butter to give a good layer to help with very active baby.
