I've tried a fair amount of pre-workout mixes from many brands, but Vega Sport's Energizer is one of the best I've had! Loved the taste, mixes very well, and provides a substantial pump that fueled my workout beyond my expectations! I'd definitely be looking to stock up on some more of this!

I only received a sample size with 1 packet, so I didnt do the typical "work your way up to a full scoop" method that pre-workouts typically recommend. I just used the whole pack at once. Suprisingly, I had lots of energy, but not that crawling out of your skin jitters- it was fantastic!
