My sister recommended this supplement and specifically the GNC brand. It really helps my knee joint! Keeps from aching and "giving out". I believe this stuff even helps the arthritis in my other joints, too. Since I've been taking it, I've noticed less arthritis pain in my left thumb joint!

when I first started using TriFlex 2yrs ago, I took as directed and immediately saw results, after a couple weeks I cut back dosage, and then I cut down to 1tablet a day and have never had knew problems since. My knees feel strong and don't hurt anymore. I will never be without it.
