I didn't have leakage, but bladder discomfort and frequency, but little voiding. I found out this helped a lot with drinking more water and cutting out sugar foods. i take at least one a day.

I tried this product because the medications that the Doctors gave me didn't help me. I had to take it for 2 months before I noticed a difference. Things are definitely better!! I can make it to a bathroom before I start to pee! Huge win!!
