This computer is easy to use and a excellent value for what it comes with. I did have my files and programs professionally serviced , which saved me a lot of headaches. I will say 8.1 OS is totally different than XP ,yes XP. However, after 2 weeks, I do like it.

Great very compact machine! Runs at a whisper and totally cool. Used Microsoft's free PCMover Express to move user profiles, files, photos and her emails and folders from her old XP machine to the new ACER with 8.1.
