Great plant protein containing all the amino acids, also have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects plus numerous minerals and vitamins. My arthritis has decreased significantly since taking 1/8 cup of these daily with cereal or yogurt. Must be kept in refrig or freezer .

The hemp seeds are good tasting. A little sweet. Not like sugar sweet. Perfect for adding to cereal or oatmeal. I do like Bobs Red Mill products. Order arrived sooner than expected. Well pleased on that!
