Another great product by a great company. Definitely noticed a different in strength and leaner muscle. Love how it doesn't add water weight and how it burns fat. I would just mix it with gatorade or my pre workout. I would recommend this to anyone, male or female.

I love Taking creatine HCL and when you take it by it's self the fast is really strong tast i recommend stacking it with your pre work drink or some thing like that. But overall it gives me a nice pump during my workouts.
