I was able to chop up onions and garlic and add other fresh seasons to the mix. This injector made possible to inject them. This is great for injecting thicker liquids.

I like this injector. It's made much better than the photos show. I may buy a second as a gift for my FIL who loves using an injector as well. There is a small seal/o-ring for each needle that could be lost if you are not carful when cleaning! Besides that- no complaints!!!
