Day 3 feel a good difference not so sluggish, drinking more water, eating more berries, not my favorite but don't mind. Eating more green cooked vegetables. I feel more energy no jitters,just natural. Will weigh next week so far.like force probiotic slim.

This product make my stomach feel better. Other than that I have not notice any weight lose from taking it. I do recommend it if you have digestive problems because it does help.
