This is an excellent sweetener. I am a Registered Nurse and I recommend this to all of my patients. This is the very condensed form. When I buy this it last a year. I use it to sweeten gallon ice tea. It will sweeten with just a couple of shakes, not much. My kids have no idea its not sugar....

Tastes great, very sweet, and is natural - just don't use too much or it can become bitter. Best used for coffee or tea. I always place a small amount into the bottom of my cup before pouring the hot beverage. It dissolves while pouring the liquid on top of it.
