When embedding this seedling, dig the hole twice as wide as the pot and mix rich garden soil in with your native soil, then leave the top of the root ball 1/2" above the ground level when filling the hole with soil.

It is hardy in USDA zones 6 to 9 and it is suggested to root it in full sun to part shade.
