Tinkyada is my go-to brand of Gluten-Free pasta. It never gets much and stays together. The spirals are a good size - about an inch long. They are great boiled with some sauce or baked in the oven. When baking I tend to par-cook them just a bit and then toss in the oven.

Gluten free, organic and still has the texture and flavor of a really good pasta! The best brand I have found. Grand kids love it and don't know its not regular pasta!
