I had no idea that this is what anchovies are supposed to taste like! They are outstanding! They are NOT the salty hairy filets in the tin's and jars. These are plump beautiful fish. I can't wait until they are back in stock!

I love this product. Mild flavor, Anchovies are a superfood in my world. My favorite way to enjoy them is with Wasabi, the green sushi condiment. But they are delicious on their own. I choose Wild Planet because their values are aligned with mine.
