i got this as a christmas present to myself before the day. a love it!!! simple to use, easy to clean. heats up sooo fast. made all me cooking everday a lot faster and easier. thank you nesco.............recomended to all.

I did boil water in 90sec (1 cup) put a ice cube on the surface near pan and ice did not melt. I will be cooking with this in july and will test it cooking.
