The balance of spicy and sweet in this barbeque sauce is superb. Slathered on ribs and cooked, the bite mellows a bit. Used as a dipping sauce, the spice is more pronounced. Either way, it is perhaps the best barbeque sauce I have had in a decade or more. The rest of the family loves it too.

This is one of the best BBQ sauces I have had in a long time. I have been using it to make my own dipping sauce. Ranch, This, and some daves insanity sauce, mix it up really thoroughly. I can't imagine eating fries or chicken without this now. Sad it's a small batch product.
