bummed in Texas is just plain WRONG, although everyone is entitled to their opinion. I ordered these chocolates in three varieties. All were splendid. They do have a real grainy texture, letting you know it was stone-ground. I got vanilla, cocoa, and cinnamon. All were wonderful. Wonderful.

Grate this over a mug of warm milk and enjoy. Not as decadent as a french pot au chocolate, but very flavorful, much better than the Godiva powdered stuff I've been using
