These vitamins are a little larger than what I'm used to. They are a bit hard to swallow, but they are by far the best Magnesium vitamin I have found. I sleep well after taking them, and they are gentle on the stomach.

The pills are extremely large, but the capsules is soft and was able to swallow. if you have a hard time swallowing pills, i wouldn't recommend. They wre the largest pills i have ever come across i take them for my Fibromyalgia and arthritis problems. i think they are helping with my medical...
