I have called four times , 45 minute wait time then they disconnect you. No call back at all. Expensive for such poor service . Buy another brand.

I bought this tinking it would be a easy thing to hook up plus it was ll Walmart had at he present, and I cant even get a picture to come through, I think I will stick with my q see. it is easy to install. and if it says a free installation for this product, read the fine print. mines going back.

System works out of the box, 6 months in one camera has gone to Black and White only. Company has a 2 week turn around time and you pay for shipping, not to mention you are out of a security camera while you wait (kinda the whole purpose).. Amazing a company this day and age doesn't have an excha...

ok for small timer but i have it 10 feet away from my front door and still door not in video it does not zoom out .. its like it magnfies everything x5 so if u want it on ur drive way u have to install it 30 feet way seams like only has a 10 foot vewing range mine is also going back
