My daughter had trouble taking any kind nipple including mine. But these had a perfect flow. She was a chugger and would try to drown herself in milk but these are a soft flow that you can even hold upside down and they dont leak. So for my chugging baby it slowed her down

This was substituted for the larger 8oz. bottle which is a slight inconvenience, however when your grandbaby only wants this particular nipple it really didn't matter that it only held 5 oz. This is a very affordable bottle and she doesn't experience leaking. At this price stock up.
