This tastes very good with almond milk. It fills me up and helps me get through the rest of my day after a morning run. It says you can mix with a cold beverage. At first I tried it with just water but did not like the texture. I then tried it with a smoothie and it was delicious! I really enjoyed it. I will definitely purchase it again while I am breastfeeding!

I love making smoothies, and as someone who has tried 50+ different protein powders…this has been the best tasting and texture of a protein powder I've tried to date! I do love that they are individually packaged for serving size, but I would prefer to buy it in a big container with a scoop instead.
