I purchased this item online. It came to the store with the handle broken....like snapped in half. I thought, let me see if I can still use it without the handle, and I could, so I turned it on and it wasn't really that bright. Of course I was in the middle of a highly lit room at the Walmart pic...

It sounded good...LED, solar, and worst - case u could crank it. Too bad that no matter how you power it, it has a very dim light, almost useless. I will have to drive to the store and wait in line to return these. the only way this would get used is, if you were stuck without power and exhausted...

The product is handy, durable and gives decent amount of light (Enough to light a small bathroom). Loved the feature that it can be charged via dynamo as well.
