Trigger Point GRID Mini Compact Foam Roller

I bought this foam roller awhile ago. I got it because of its small size and "fingers". I travel a lot and can pack it into my suitcase. It also fits in my gym bag so can use after a workout at the gym.

I got this as my travel roller. Being a runner I use the roller mostly on my legs. Found this one to be an inch or two too short to do a proper job. Otherwise great product.

foam roller has worked well. Ice roller worked well. I prefer the longer roller as opposed to the travel sized one

Not bad. Ok price, really travel size. It is smaller than I expected but It's fine.
