This product is consistently good. I have allergies and have had no negative reactions. It has grass fed whey. Basically what that means is it is a milk byproduct from animals who do not eat corn. This product is pure, and provides me the amino acids I am looking for.

mixes very well...great with 8 oz coffee with cinnamon and stevia....mix with 8 oz glass of orange juice...I have a banana with it separately will order again..
