My old Dell desktop was running very slow....took it to a repair shop to maybe clean it up and help it run faster. The shop informed me that I only had 1GB Ram memory and Windows XP and that was why it was so slow..... instead of upgrading my old system I got this reburbished system with 8 times ...

I buy these for the dealership that I work at. These systems are the only systems that I have bought. In the event that I've had to use technical support, the people who refurbish the computers provided excellent support. I highly recommend buy refurbished there Walmart.

I did not understand that this computer had NO programs, no word, no excel, no card games..... very disappointed

The computer and mouse are what was advertise and works great,the only problem we have is the keyboard is busted in three places.
