The design of this product is flawed. The release button pressed against the hose and constant pops the pole out. I've often lost the vacuum head in the deep end. 20$ for a product that I can't use nor take back-infuriating. I would like my money back!

Just purchased this vacuum head and attached to pool pole and hose. As soon as I started to use it, the pool pole kept coming detached! I would reattach and it would come right off. It will detach as soon as you are using it. I am returning all of my colrox pool cleaning stuff. You think they would have tested their products before selling them.
