      Do not buy unless you plan on making fish paste or mincing and adding to other fish for cakes or balls. This fish will not cook in filets no matter what you do. It's so terrible, my dog who literally will eat anything from onions to plain lettuce had to FORCE himself to eat it. Buyer beware, this...

      Do not buy this; its awful. I live in South Alabama and have alot of experience cooking many different types of fish and I have NEVER seen Flounder like this!!!!!!! Truly, if I could give it 0 stars, I would.
