The toilet seat comes set up. My toddler was so happy to use it. Potty training is on task now. I struggled without this potty seat trying to do traditional potty training on a regular toilet.

Works very well for potty training a toddler. It does not attach to the seat in any way which is kind of a negative but it does have a non-slip underside and handles for my toddler to feel secure. Overall good for the price.
