The fact that it's natural and the flavor of it is blueberry is a plus within itself my kids took the medicine with no problems if you can't find the Tylenol or Ibuprofen for your little ones this is definitely a good substitute

This is my number one go to for my baby girl. Once I saw the ingredients I tossed my other meds and now I only use this. My daughter is in daycare and we get sick more often than I would like, but I feel better knowing I'm giving her medicine with much cleaner ingredients.
