This compared to Midol is much more gentle. It won't give you diarrhea but it won't make you constipated either. Works great. But if it's really bad take 3 instead of 2 after first, I realized the hard way you'll be taking the other 2 ( should not take more than 4 in a 24 hour period) within a half-hour. 3 you're go to go to bed with no worries. I asked my Dr first before I started taking 3 at once and only...
