This product is good for someone who takes meds once a day.this way you get your dosage of Calcium everyday with the convenience of taking t only one time. I would forget to take my second dose of Calcium and this product is my cure all for that. The price is the lowest I could find

I've never been able to take calcium without it upsetting my stomach -- couldn't even tolerate Tums. Citracal Time-Released formula has changed that. I feel no side effects, and the addition of D ensures the calcium is being absorbed. GREAT product!
