These are the best chocolate covered cashews I have ever had. My Dad recently visited me, and when I told him how good they were, he didn't believe me, until he tasted them. After that, he snacked on them more than I did and didn't want the chocolate he purchased. :-)

One of my favorite snacks! Tastes amazing and you get some healthy fats from the cashews. A healthier alternative to other desserts and the chocolate mixed with the salt and cashews creates a great combo!
