I been looking for a good laptop for a long time when I saw this dell laptop when I was checking out Sam's club online it was everything I was looking for and purchased it since I received the laptop I have learned to use windows 8 with no problems I would recommend this laptop to everyone

This laptop has all of the necessities. (Did have to purchase Microsoft office separately).. The price was under what we had seen elsewhere. The deciding factor for us was the 24/7 Sam's free tech support as long as we are Sam's club members.

Purchased this for school. I have had it about 2 weeks and so far so good. Was having an issue originally with the touch pad but after I adjusted it it's great. Was able to figure out Windows 8 with no issue.

While I am not a windows 8 fan - this was very easy to set up and get going and customize. It does not have a touch screen which is OK. Got to love the color purple!
