Very easy to use right out of the box. I've had no issues. Internet surfing works great. Apps load easy from Google store. For $89 its a steal. If your expecting an iPad, go to the Apple Store people and spend $400! I'll use the $300 I saved on something else. :) This 9D tablet is great.
