I have been taking Flaxseed supplements for about 11 years and they are very useful. You can use the supplements as they are or open them to use as an egg replacement in vegan recipes. I baked Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies with Flaxseed oil from these supplements and they were delicious!!!!
