Decided to try this seasoning mix for my chili. I browned my beef then added mix. My husband doesn't like anything in his chili other than beans and seasoning. I normally use a lot of chili powder with three different types of beans with Italian sauce purée as he also doesn't like chunky tomatoes...

I needed something quick and filling for supper before hockey practice. I rushed home from work and was able to have dinner on the table in less then 30 minutes. It tasted like it had been sitting in my crock pot simmering all day long. Would defiantly recommend it if you want chili in a rush.

Decided not to make chili with the chil packet. Went to the McCormick website and found a recipe for chili mac. It was delicious. Great flavor! Fresh taste! I think I made this same recipe or something similar back in the 80's. It was a great throw back meal.
