why do walmart charge 1 pound for 1 onion which doesn't weigh 1 pound? i put order of 3 pounds bag of onion and they substitute with 2 single onion and charge 1 pound

Onion was very small and rotted. Employees need to watch what they are picking out for customers. No one wants bad produce or expired products. It seems like they don't care. Now I have to go back to the store and buy a purple onion and I live 9 miles away and I'm old!
