I don't use the entire serving size, just a couple of tablespoons in my cereal, because too much will overpower and make it taste not good. Good in smoothies. It always makes me feel better when I use it, it is noticeable to me.

It is so easy to add this protein to just about anything. I am a diabetic and need to boost my protein level. This is a fabulous help. So good in banana bread. You'd never know you are getting extra protein.
