First, mix it with a little water, then add orange juice to fill your glass...enjoy vitamins and nutrition! OJ removes any odd taste. I love this!

I like it but you may want to pair it with a lemon. Once you do, you can drink like juice. It also helps you stay regular.

It is not awful lol. But it's not crab legs either! It's okay. It mixes well with my morning smoothie. I would not mix it with orange juice as someone says it will defeat the purpose. Orange juice is terrible for your health.

After a couple of days of taking this mix in water, I had more energy than I had in years. I mix it in water first thing in the morning. I'm glad I bought two; my local store is out of them right after they get them in.
