I use this instead of cornstarch for making gravies, sauces, anything that needs thickening. Works great and not fattening!

I love how soft and fine this starch is. I've been looking for ways to make my own translucient face powder and discovered that this with a little cocoa makes perfect face powder! I can make my own for pennies instead of buying the high dollar product for department stores!
