First time I have used this, and I will describe it as a dry wine which I find really sharpens and brings out a lot more depth of flavors. Excellent in stir fries, and I add a generous splash to my homemade casseroles, especially mac and cheese and many sauces!

This is the wine I have been looking for forever, to add that umami to chicken broth dishes. Made chicken and noodles with it and I was so happy to finally get that flavor depth that had been missing. I also use Sams chicken bone broth, which is essential.
